Kung Fu (Gong Fu)
The
courses are for all levels. The levels are divided in 10 groups.
Each group as a program with basic techniques (Postures,
kick, punch, applications, thaos and breathing techniques ).
The warming and stretching precede the technique exercise.
The pushing hands et the didactic fights without protection, are
in the program for the examination.
Control
violence
The world is always on research in wellbeing for the community
and for the individual people. Since the world exists, the evolution
of human as been based on the fact to avoid suffering, and
inventing everything to to eliminate effort to profit and enjoy
of the life without convenience.
The violence who is a negative effect of this evolution, as always
follows the wisdom like its shadow, and this appears necessary to equilibrate our
nervous system, ant that is also premising to channel the
universal energy.

Blooming
Achievement of oneself, wellbeing, spiritual awakening, therapy,
formation.
The practice of Kung Fu was created with an aim to to wake up
the universal human conscience, the spiritual realization is the
ultimate step. The practitioner receives a formation aiming at
opening its spirit then to channel energy witch will be
transformed into an internal power, the aim is to develop personal
capacity and aptitude, according to morphology and kind.
The Saolim Kung Fu is a way of life and joy, it give reapers and
it is a guide the obtain a social control.

Energy work
Concentration, reinforcement of the sensible areas, cures,
achievements personal.
The way in search of energy
cannot be dissociated with the martial art practise, it is also a training
of wisdom and patience.
Bound with the Zen meditation, the Chinese techniques inspired from yoga, allows a fast
development of the natural energy.
The yin yang concept is a symbol of materialized energy and of
the universal balance ; in agreement with the Buddhist practise
(Ch’an
or Zen), we have there, the matrix of the philosophy
which exists in Kung Fu.
Shen (heart or spirit) generates Ch'i (energy or source of
life) which generates Jing (power) which is transformed to
nourish Shen. This is the basic concept of the interior alchemy
used in Chinese martial arts
