The Saolim School
 Saolim
is a part of the "Association Yverdonnoise d'Arts
Martiaux" (AYAM).
The lessons are exempted in Yverdon-les-Bains since first November
2002. A fixed monthly price allows you to follow an unlimited number
of lessons in the different sections.
 The
teaching of Kung Fu, Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Kung is given
by
Jean-Marc Baudat. The techniques of Shaolin (North and South) are in
program for the Kung Fu, and it is the yang style for the Tai Chi Chuan.
To supplement these two
disciplines, the Chi Kung is with its thousands of exercises, an
effective means to increase your natural energy.
